Welcome to my new site, The Planetary Novelist. Of course, I’m not the only person in the field of planetary science working on novels, but I needed a name. Instead of relying on Facebook notes, I will start posting my blogs, writings, musings, etc. here.
I aim to use this platform to expand the subject matter featured in my blogs. As a graduate student in science, I hope I can assist others with their academic journey. As a novel writer (see what I did there?), I hope I can not only provide and receive feedback but also help encourage others. My blogs will no longer serve as simple updates on my life, although that element will always exist for my friends scattered all over the world. And, hey, if it doesn’t work out, I’ll can this.
My first official blog, complete with tidbits of advice, will premiere in the near future. The schedule will change also. Instead of posting every 3 weeks, I will post my blogs once a month. Additional musings, writings, interviews, etc. may be posted intermittently.
